15 - 1 teaspoon sugar

# Directions:
01 - Combine ground chicken, grated carrot, sliced green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground black pepper, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
02 - Cut each lumpia wrapper in half to create two rectangular pieces.
03 - Place 1 tablespoon of filling near the short edge of each wrapper half. Shape filling into a small log, fold the sides over, then roll tightly. Brush the end with beaten egg to seal.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow to warm for 3 minutes.
05 - Place lumpia bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with oil.
06 - Air fry for 8 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
07 - Flip lumpia bites, spray again lightly with oil, and air fry for an additional 7 minutes or until golden and crisp.
08 - In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and optional chili sauce. Mix until sugar dissolves.
09 - Serve lumpia bites hot with the prepared dipping sauce.
