# Directions:
01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent, approximately 3–4 minutes.
03 - Incorporate enchilada sauce into the skillet and let simmer for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
04 - Meanwhile, boil pasta in salted water until al dente according to package directions. Drain thoroughly.
05 - Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the beef sauce. Stir gently to combine and heat through.
