01 - 4 slices sourdough or brioche bread
→ Cheese & Filling
02 - 120 grams Brie cheese, sliced
03 - 1 small Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
→ Butter
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Garnish (optional)
06 - 2 small strips roasted red bell pepper (for flame)
07 - 2 thin chive stems (for wick)
# Directions:
01 - Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat until ready.
02 - Lightly spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
03 - Place two bread slices, buttered side down, on a work surface. Layer Brie cheese evenly, then add apple slices. Drizzle one tablespoon of honey over each.
04 - Cover with remaining bread slices, buttered side up, pressing gently to seal.
