- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. If using white chocolate, add orange gel food coloring and mix until you reach a vibrant pumpkin shade.
- If needed, stir in coconut oil or vegetable shortening to create a glossy, smooth consistency.
- Using a fork, dip each pretzel twist into the orange chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place dipped pretzels onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- While chocolate is still wet, press a green mini M&M or sunflower seed at the top of each pretzel to resemble a pumpkin stem.
- If desired, use chocolate sprinkles or black decorating gel to create jack-o’-lantern faces on each pretzel.
- Allow pretzels to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate coating is firm.
- Arrange on a platter and serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
