# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything is ready to eat straight from the fridge, no heating or assembly required when you're hungry.
  • You can build these exactly how you like them, swapping proteins or veggies to match your mood.
  • They're Instagram-worthy in the best way, which somehow makes eating healthier feel less like a chore.
02 -
  • Crackers touching hummus for more than a few hours is a texture crime—keep them separate until the moment you eat, or use a barrier of cheese or protein between them.
  • Pat your cucumbers dry before packing, because the water content will travel to everything else in the box and make your nuts sad.
03 -
  • Toast your nuts in a dry pan for two minutes right before packing to wake up their flavor and add an extra layer of crunch.
  • Use a vegetable peeler to create cucumber ribbons instead of rounds, and suddenly your box looks like it belongs in a magazine.
