- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the dark or milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
- Dip each pretzel rod by halfway into the melted dark chocolate, swirling to achieve an even coating. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the coated pretzel rods onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Immediately sprinkle the still-wet chocolate coating with black sprinkles or chocolate vermicelli to create a textured, spider leg appearance.
- In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate. Transfer it to a piping bag or a small zip-top bag with a corner snipped off.
- Pipe thin, zigzag 'web' lines over the chocolate-coated portion of each pretzel rod.
- If using, gently press a mini candy eye near the tip of each pretzel rod to enhance the spooky effect.
- Refrigerate the pretzel wraps for 15 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely solidified.
- Arrange the finished pretzel wraps on a platter, presenting them as 'spider legs'.
