08 - 1 package graham crackers (14 ounces)

# Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is fully combined.
03 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, taking care not to deflate the whipped cream, until fully incorporated.
04 - Spread a layer of the cream mixture in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange a layer of graham crackers over the cream. Spread a second layer of the cream mixture on top of the crackers. Continue alternating cream mixture and graham crackers, finishing with a layer of cream mixture.
05 - Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the dessert to set properly.
06 - Just before serving, garnish the top with sliced strawberries.
