# Components:

01 - Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, lime juice, sesame oil, sriracha (if using), and warm water in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
02 - Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through and golden. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine shredded red cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced red bell pepper, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro.
04 - Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Spread 1–2 tablespoons of peanut sauce onto each tortilla. Top with sliced chicken, a generous amount of the vegetable mixture, and a sprinkle of chopped peanuts.
05 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly. Optionally, slice the wraps in half. Serve immediately with additional peanut sauce and lime wedges.
