06 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
07 - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
08 - Pinch of salt
09 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
10 - 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

11 - 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
# Directions:
01 - Set oven to 350°F.
02 - Wash and core apples, leaving bottoms intact to create cavities.
03 - Combine oats, nuts, almond flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
04 - Add melted butter and applesauce to the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly.
05 - Incorporate raisins or dried cranberries if desired.
06 - Place apples upright in a baking dish and stuff cavities with the oat-nut mixture.
07 - Pour 2-3 tbsp water into the bottom of the baking dish to prevent sticking.
08 - Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
09 - Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until apples are tender and topping is golden.
