05 - Christmas-themed sprinkles or crushed candy canes

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or place in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, blend the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully incorporated and smooth.
04 - Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture, roll into balls and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm the balls.
06 - Gently melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
07 - Dip each chilled truffle ball into melted chocolate, ensuring complete coverage. Lift with a fork and allow excess chocolate to drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
08 - Optionally drizzle with melted dark chocolate and immediately garnish with festive sprinkles or crushed candy canes.
09 - Refrigerate truffles for at least 10 minutes or until coating is firm.
