11 - 2 tablespoons coarse sea salt
12 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

# Directions:

01 - Dissolve granulated sugar in warm water within a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle active dry yeast over the surface and allow to sit for 5 minutes, until foamy.
02 - Add softened unsalted butter, fine sea salt, Flamin’ Hot seasoning, and bread flour to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until a sticky dough is formed.
03 - Knead by hand or with a stand mixer equipped with dough hook for 8 to 10 minutes, until dough is smooth and elastic.
04 - Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm environment for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
05 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
06 - Punch down the risen dough and divide into 8 equal portions. Shape each piece into a tight ball.
07 - Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Stir in baking soda.
08 - Using a slotted spoon, submerge each dough ball in boiling baking soda solution for 30 seconds per side. Remove and arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet.
