01 - Lay out flour tortillas on a clean cutting board.
02 - Evenly spread 1 ounce (approximately 2 tablespoons) softened cream cheese over each tortilla using a spreading knife.
03 - Position one slice of cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - If desired, sprinkle chopped dill and diced red onion onto the cheese, then drizzle with yellow mustard.
05 - Set a whole dill pickle at the edge of each tortilla.
06 - Roll the tortilla tightly around the pickle, enclosing all fillings to form a neat cylinder.
07 - Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces or serve whole as preferred.
