# Components:

01 - 2 large ripe pears (Bosc or Anjou), halved and cored

02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
03 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

05 - 1/3 cup walnut halves, roughly chopped

→ Dairy

06 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, full-fat or low-fat

→ Garnish (optional)

07 - Additional honey or maple syrup for drizzling
08 - Fresh mint leaves

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - Place pear halves cut side up in the prepared baking dish.
03 - Drizzle pears with honey or maple syrup, sprinkle with cinnamon, and add vanilla extract evenly over each half.
04 - Roast in the preheated oven for 22 to 25 minutes until pears are tender and slightly caramelized.
05 - Remove from oven and let the pears cool briefly.
06 - Divide Greek yogurt evenly among four serving plates or bowls.
07 - Place one roasted pear half atop the yogurt on each plate.
08 - Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the pears, drizzle extra honey or maple syrup if desired, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if using.
09 - Serve warm or at room temperature.
