# Directions:
01 - Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
02 - Cook the turkey bacon in the skillet until crispy, about 4 minutes per side, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
03 - Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
04 - Spread half a tablespoon of light cream cheese on the non-buttered side of each bread slice.
