# Directions:

01 - Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
02 - Cook the turkey bacon in the skillet until crispy, about 4 minutes per side, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

07 - Place sandwiches on the skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden brown and cheese melts.
