01 - 1 cup raw macadamia nuts
02 - 1 cup pitted Medjool dates (approximately 12 dates)
03 - 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
04 - 1/4 cup almond flour
05 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
09 - Pinch of sea salt

10 - 1/4 cup finely chopped toasted macadamia nuts
11 - 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

# Directions:

01 - Pulse macadamia nuts in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
02 - Add dates, shredded coconut, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and sea salt into the processor. Process until mixture forms a cohesive, sticky dough, scraping down sides as needed.
03 - Measure 1-tablespoon scoops of the mixture; roll each scoop into a smooth ball using your hands.
04 - For a festive finish, roll each ball in finely chopped toasted macadamia nuts or additional shredded coconut until evenly coated.
05 - Arrange bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
06 - Transfer bites to an airtight container. Store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
