- Granulated sugar: 2 tbsp
- Ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
- All-purpose flour: 1 tbsp

- Old-fashioned rolled oats: 120 g (1 1/2 cups)
- Brown sugar: 100 g (1/2 cup), packed
- All-purpose flour (for topping): 75 g (1/2 cup)
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Ground cinnamon (for topping): 1/2 tsp
- Unsalted butter: 115 g (1/2 cup), melted
Instructions
- Prepare the oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 23 cm (9-inch) square or round baking dish.
- Make the fruit base:
- In a large bowl, combine thawed apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, flour, and lemon juice. Toss until apples are evenly coated.
